CaptiveFlow turns your venue's guest WiFi into a marketing channel. When guests connect, they see a branded splash page and opt in with their email. You build a GDPR-compliant customer list you actually own. Designed for UK pubs, restaurants and hotels, CaptiveFlow works as a standalone access point (FlowBox Solo) or integrates with your existing UniFi or Meraki network (FlowBox Pro). Hardware is included with every subscription, so there's no upfront cost. Your dashboard tracks connections, opt-ins, opt-in rates and returning guests in real time. Every email is captured with proper consent, so your list is clean and compliant from day one. Unlike generic captive portal tools, CaptiveFlow is built specifically for hospitality venues that want to turn anonymous WiFi users into a contactable marketing audience. Set it up once and it runs in the background, growing your list with every guest who walks through the door.
