Captive builds qualified-applicant acquisition systems for hard-to-staff and high-volume positions. Each role becomes a targeted ad campaign on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn, aimed at people living close to the job. Candidates answer screening questions before applying, so recruiters only receive qualified applications. Campaigns go live within 48 hours, and the first applications arrive in that window. Applications flow into the client's own ATS, or into Captive's recruiting platform, which automates repetitive steps of the hiring process so recruiters spend their time on interviews and hiring decisions.
