The tool is pretty straightforward and allows our organization to quickly set up comp plans and begin paying our sales reps. Adding reporting has been a game changer for us! Captivate IQs reporting functions are pretty confusing. i had to team up with them multiple times to create fairly straightforward reports. The calculation function is great but reporting has been challenging and we find ourselves going back to excel from time to time.
