Captivate Talent helps hire for early to growth-stage AI & SaaS companies (Seed to Series C). We connect B2B tech companies with top Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and RevOps (GTM) talent - from leadership roles all the way down to contributor-level roles. We work with companies as they are ready to go-to-market and need to hire, fast. Captivate Talent also helps advise on best practices, compensation targets/suggestions, industry trends, and positioning when it comes to acquiring talent. We've hired for remote, hybrid, and in-office roles. Our typical process results in a first set of candidates to you in 1 week!
