**What do you like best about Captivate?**

It's open source, straightforward to manage and connect to MS Teams or Slack, and it's multi-channel, and the free account offers unlimited users.

**What do you dislike about Captivate?**

I would say that it's not cheap, but the pro account has everything for a much bigger company or agency.

**What problems is Captivate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think they have some small bugs, but the captivate chat dev team are quick to fixed it and the support was amazing

**What do you like best about Captivate?**

It's easy to use and very user-friendly. The most easiest MS teams live chat tool for any business big or small, you can integrate multiple live chat programs like slack, messenger and whatsapp easily. You can chat directly to any customers or clients in one dashboard. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about Captivate?**

Sometimes it takes a few seconds to load up the previous message, but I think the dev team is working on it just a minor bug I think. Hopefully they can fix it as soon as possible.

**What problems is Captivate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They're adding more chat messaging programs and I think it benefits us users because we can also add other chat programs like IG on our web app so we can communicate in all our customers in all platforms but in one web app only from captivate hub.

**What do you like best about Captivate?**

We use the Hub to chat to candidates in WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger from MS Teams within the business.  Our IT department has a compliance under control and our recruiters are more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Captivate?**

It's a new product so some gaps exist which will hopefully be filled soon.

**What problems is Captivate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily communicating with candidates on their mobiles using the apps the like using MS Teams.

**What do you like best about Captivate?**

I am an avid Microsoft Teams user and Captive hub works best with Teams. This was one of the most important things for me. Also it has made communication super convenient.

**What do you dislike about Captivate?**

There are no dislikes as such because as Captivate Hub's user base will grow it will fix its bugs, user experience, quality of functions, and user experience i suppose.

**What problems is Captivate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better internal communications ensures everyone is on the same page. The communication is anxiety-free across hierarchy. Also such unified experience of communication is ideal.
