The most useful thing for us when using capitv8 is the audience insights for the creators, as a global company covering many regions it's great to be able to understand where the influencers' audiences are based and how it is different for each of their social media platforms. The interface isn't that aesthetically intuitive and there have been some problems connecting social media. A number of the creators that we're looking to work with (who have quite large followings) aren't on Captiv8 which makes the team concerned about its effectiveness at finding new creators as we're quite a niche subject. The Captiv8 platform is a one-stop-shop for everything we need when it comes to planning and activating an influencer campaign. It's customizable and personalized enough to make work for any type of brand or campaign. I particularly like the ability to discover influencers based on words/phrases used in past posts as we are often looking for creators who have talked about specific holidays/themes/activities before.
