Clear communications within the team: now, it's much easier to send a list of influencers for approval, and the Country Manager easily has all the information he needs to know about the influencer to make the decision to hire them. 2. Transparency: anyone on the team can see the status of approvals/campaign. 3. Time-Consuming Workflow: It's easier to navigate between the different briefings and contracts we have. Manual tasks like contract management and campaign reporting consumed valuable time and hopedully we will be able to use it to scale. 4.
