When put into practice, most of the functions don't work. The UI was also not the best. We had the same issues over and over again with influencers getting confused on how to onboard to the platform. Payment info was never entered right and agents and influencers just became frustrated. The platform also doesn't collect metrics correctly. It would be great to have a page like the reporting page format of all content available for review prior to going live. It's helpful to see influencer content side by side. This was a great use of my time - and the product from the creators was AWESOME. I also love that everything is in one website/dashboard - extremely easy to flip through everything. I also love the dashboard and metrics. Across the board - not just with Captiv8 - the field is asking for 5-7 days notice before a creator visits the sports bar. We had a longtime creator who worked with us for a while who initially began working with us pro-bono for a campaign over 4 years ago. When the most recent change for reels happened we saw that some of her content was not gaining as high engagement as we wanted. The good thing is that we still work with her but have also worked with Captiv8 to use paid amplification to support when certain content requires a boost. **What problems is Influential powered by Captiv8 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Captiv8 has made affiliate marketing easier for my team and a lot of our organization in very many, numerous ways. Firstly, it streamlines the entire process, from influencer discovery, the partnering and communication between us and creators has gotten so much easier, we don't have to send DMs to them, also Captiv8 has an integration with the priority inbox which we really have liked. We also use them for affiliate recruitment, tracking, and reporting. This saves me a tremendous amount of time and effort, allowing me to focus on building a really beautiful creative strategy. Secondly, Captiv8's advanced tracking technology ensures accurate attribution, enabling me to reward affiliates fairly based on their contribution to conversions - we no longer have to use different platforms for affiliate and influencer anymore.
