This becames a pit of pain when gathering data for reporting purposes and delivering timely results to the client. Some creators opt-out of join Captiv8 as well, which makes more challenging to get the best accurate data. **What problems is Influential powered by Captiv8 solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems Captiv8 is solving in reducing time spent discovering talent to present to clients and reporting data. Again, with feautres such as ethnicity that was a big reason for why our team grativated towards the platform. Our agency strives on impacting culture and empowering creators of color, so little things like a ethnicity filter goes a long way and saves a lot of time. And, while there have been issues with the data for some talent in our experience, Captiv8 reporting has helped reduce some time spent in collecting data, especially when the platform automatically pulls the data from the creators in our program --- even posts that we haven't even caught manually that turn into a great way for us to show off some added value with the client. ### 3. However, if you need to put a date filter on your report you may as well forget it, as you'll be refreshing and waiting on an accurate updated version for hours. **What do you dislike about Influential powered by Captiv8?** Complete lack of communication - everything took over a week and multiple emails to receive a response. Delayed payments to our partners - Captiv8 witheld funds for weeks at a time. Given we had funded our creator account weeks prior, my concern is that they have serious cash flow issues.
