They adapt quickly and effectively to rapidly changing needs and help guide the evolution of our campaigns to success. They are excellent at communicating and making sure all bases are covered. Really appreciate the thoroughness and clarity! **What do you dislike about Influential powered by Captiv8?** I wish our budgets were able to go a bit further in terms of number of influencers/total reach. (For example, our All You beauty event campaign with Captiv8 is $50k for 5 microinfluencers, whereas going internally through our Affiliates team would have allowed for 7-8 microinfluencers for $25k). Of course there are other added benefits to using Captiv8 such as the talent/deliverable recommendations and content review processes, which I understand justify the added expense! **What problems is Influential powered by Captiv8 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our organic social team doesn't currently conduct influencer outreach or work directly with influencers, so having Captiv8 as a partner allows us to bridge that gap and collect curated influencer content to supplement our strategy for our new beauty Instagram. In addition, brand managers & analytics teams were responsive to our performance questions and provided clarification in a timely manner. Even when quick turn-around asks were brought forward, we felt confident that appropriate information and solutions would be provided from the Captiv8 teams. **What do you dislike about Influential powered by Captiv8?** At times, it felt difficult to consistently download data from the Performance dashboard as technical issues delayed the ability to aggregate data on a monthly basis. Once the issue was brought up, IT teams worked quickly to correct the issue; however, this dashboard error seemed to occur every other month. Paid media strategy and execution for the recent campaigns could have benefitted from a more refined approach. Prior to launch, would like to have had more collaborative conversations on best practices & recommendations with Captiv8 teams to ensure campaign set-up, KPI performance, and opportunities for optimization were ongoing priorities. Next steps and timelines were very clear, and Captiv8 rarely missed a beat on delivery. They also kept us honest on feedback due dates/times, and nudged accordingly to help keep us on track. Overall, I appreciated this for 1) efficiency purposes, the main reason we wanted to hire an influencer agency, and 2) learnings, as this was the first large influencer campaign for a handful of us. The influencer content produced was also extremely on brief - all teams were ecstatic! **What do you dislike about Influential powered by Captiv8?** There were two things I wish could have gone differently, that I'd love to better partner with Captiv8 on for any potential future campaigns: 1) Better availability on day of launch, and potentially days immediately following for help troubleshooting glitches etc. 2) Better understanding of our business goals and how that should be reflected in influencer usage rights (i.e. business goal was earned media, but usage did not cover any PR mention of the influencers used.
