CaptionsHero is a subtitle workflow tool for translators, subtitle teams, and small agencies. Upload a video. AI transcribes it and drafts translations in 82 languages. You can also start from an SRT or VTT file, from the timing of another language, or from a blank page. Assign an editor and a reviewer to each language. Editors work in a frame-accurate editor with a waveform timeline, live reading speed, Netflix-style QC, and more than 50 keyboard shortcuts. Reviewers comment on exact lines, request changes, and approve. Each step sends an email to the next person. A dashboard shows each project and language, and who has each file now. When a language is approved, download SRT or VTT. Your videos and subtitles are private. Only people in your organization can open them. Prices are on the website, and you do not need a sales call. The Solo plan is free and includes the full editor. Team costs $149 a month for 8 seats and includes assignments, review comments, and approvals.
