The CaptioningStar staff is extremely professional, calm and courteous. The day of the event everything worked the way they said it would. I highly recommend working with CaptioningStar. What do you like best?
They have been amazingly responsive, even on weekends, helping to assign captioners for webinars that came up on very short notice. And their captioners did a terrific job as we had some difficult terms to pick up. We even had a presenter throw in some unexpected Game of Thrones references that (even though the captioner wasn't familiar with the characters on the show) didn't throw them off for even a second.
