The platform is easy to use and navigate for admin users, allowing us to set up events and track leads with ease. The front-end event app is also very user-friendly, so our sales colleagues only need minimal enablement to use the app. From a CRM integration point of view, it is easy to connect to SFDC and Marketo, where we created an integration behind to make sure leads flow through to our CRM system with minimum configuration once the integration is done. The web interface is a little dated, but that's not the end of the world. Some of our reps also want an easy way to accept leads using a computer, but this isn't always apparent to them or easy to find. The seamless process of creating a lead capture form. Once I got the hang of creating the form and the templates, the user experience in creating the event forms has been absolutely smooth and easy!

Really not so much to complain about. The ONLY 2 critiques that I have are:

1) The process of creating a lead analyzer per event would be MUCH easier if I was able to clone the analyzer including the stages and the fulfillment actions attached. Right now, I can only duplicate the stages within the lead analyzer but need to go stage by stage to update the fulfilment actions within

2) We're still experiencing issues with our HubSpot integration, been trying to work with the integrations team but we haven't found the solution for some reason Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software is extremely intuitive in its features and uses (in which we are still learning about as a new user). It is good to see that the programmers who have developed the platform have done so with the event manager and user in mind. I love how Captello is always in a constant state of development and improvement as if it's a living entity, as the event world typically is as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only dislike is that I really wish there was a better and more cost-effective API Developer work-around. That is the one roadblock that we are trying to navigate with the platform. Not really a dislike of the software. My answer to this question is very limited by my still new (and lack of thorough) knowledge of all of the capabilities. Extremely easy to use - the ability to create templates so you can click and go is such a timesaver. The immediate email feature is also a great touch to keep our leads warm while we are still on the show floor.
