The software is extremely intuitive in its features and uses (in which we are still learning about as a new user). It is good to see that the programmers who have developed the platform have done so with the event manager and user in mind. I love how Captello is always in a constant state of development and improvement as if it's a living entity, as the event world typically is as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only dislike is that I really wish there was a better and more cost-effective API Developer work-around. That is the one roadblock that we are trying to navigate with the platform. Not really a dislike of the software. My answer to this question is very limited by my still new (and lack of thorough) knowledge of all of the capabilities. But the ability to capture as much information as quickly as possible is of the most benefit to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
