Captaloans is very simple and easy to use as compared to other CRM tools. It does everything necessary to handle client workflow. The technical team of captaloans is also very responsive. What problems is Captaloans solving and how is that benefiting you? It helped us to centralize the documentation that normally comes with doing loan modifications. What problems is Captaloans solving and how is that benefiting you? we have been working with loan modification and the benefit that I have from Captaloan is that the program is internet-based which means that I can use it wherever I want, if any client contacts me for some information or follow up on their cases I don't need to be at my office to provide this information.
