CaptainBook is a booking management platform purpose-built for experience operators: boat tours, diving schools, paragliding companies, water sports, and any business that sells activities. What it does: Online booking engine with a customizable widget you embed on your website, letting customers check availability and book in real time Resource and capacity management that maps your real-world assets (boats, instructors, equipment) to your calendar so you never overbook AI-powered assistant that sits on your website, answers questions in your customers' language, checks availability, captures leads, and completes bookings without human intervention Unified inbox connecting WhatsApp (personal or Business), email, and chat into a single view so no customer message gets lost Campaign attribution with UTM tracking on every booking, showing exactly which marketing channels bring revenue Customer management with duplicate detection, merge tools, and full booking history per customer ChatGPT and AI integration via MCP, making your inventory discoverable and bookable through AI assistants CaptainBook replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, phone-based reservations, and disconnected tools that most operators rely on today. Setup takes minutes, not weeks, and the platform is designed for operators who want to grow their business without adding back-office complexity.
