Our project managers value the agility of the customer support, the integrated translation function, and really enjoy using the platform for their survey projects overall. Suggestions for improvement:

-The layout of the legacy version was better and more organized

-Focus mode does not allow filters

-In the new version, it updates the comments immediately and everything shifts up one, making it much less efficient to work quickly. With 4000 comments, it becomes really tedious and less efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
