The time difference (12 hours) wasn't always perfectly convenient, but the team was still prompt and easy to communicate with. There were a few minor bugs that needed fixing shortly after the site launched, but they also fixed them quickly and to our satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Capital Numbers solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've significantly improved our site's storytelling and calls-to-action, as well as the overall appearance (replacing a very dated, clunky design). Also improved site search with a custom tool and made the site much easier for customers to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have a very good system for tracking tasks, communicating with the developers, time logging etc. This makes it very easy to follow progress. The work is also high quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capital Numbers?

On one or two occasions the work took a few extra hours because the initial brief wasn't followed exactly so we had to revert back for revisions, but this was only minor. What do you like best about Capital Numbers?

Captial Numbers provided us with an initially small team (3 Developers) with which we tried their services. We quickly decided that Captial Numbers was the right partner for us and we gradually increased the team size to now 12 Developers and 2 (Graphics and UI/UX) Designers. What do you dislike about Capital Numbers?

As with all companies based in a different country, there are always language, time and cultural matters to consider. As English is also not our native language, this was a bit of a struggle, in the beginning, however, after a couple of weeks, this issue was not existing anymore. Regarding the timezone issue: Even though they try to work later into the day, they work at different hours than us. This means that they always start a bit ahead of time, which is if you are well organized, not an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
