Capfora is a field intelligence platform for teams that sell in person at conferences, trade shows, and other face-to-face events. It captures conversations through voice notes, business card scans, or badge scans, then processes them using speech-to-text transcription and AI analysis to extract contact information, conversation intent, sentiment, and next steps. Captured data is automatically routed to CRM platforms including HubSpot and Salesforce, with additional integrations for Slack, Jira, Monday.com, and other GTM tools. The platform can also enrich captured contacts using third-party data sources like Apollo. A feature called Team Memory allows teams to upload internal documents such as ICP definitions, sales methodology, and product materials. The AI categorizes and stores this material, then references it when analyzing new conversations, so that captured leads and notes can be evaluated against a team's existing criteria and context. Capfora offers a free tier for individuals and teams that includes lead and note capture with limited enrichment. Paid tiers add CRM and workflow integrations, expanded enrichment, and AI-generated follow-up emails. The product is used by field marketing, sales, and business development teams, with current adoption concentrated among B2B companies that rely on in-person events as part of their sales pipeline.
