**What do you like best about Capchase?**

Capchase allowed me to provide the exact terms my customer was looking for, while providing aggressive rates and an easy to use UI to streamline the process.

**What do you dislike about Capchase?**

There were some glitches when working late at night, however they were resolved when I pointed them out.

**What problems is Capchase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capchase allows me to provide financing to customers with unique terms, which allows me to get PO's I would have otherwise lost out on.

I like that we can quickly interact with their team on SLACK and quickly get updates. This feels like they are an extension of our team.

**What do you dislike about Capchase?**

I dislike the process for having clients complete their details and agree to payment a second time when they renew. Clients get stuck on completing the payment details process and then we have to spend time sending them screenshots.

Getting funds up front in order to recognize revenue earlier.

Very quick to get buyer approval and easy to work with the capchase team to make adjustments

**What do you dislike about Capchase?**

The approval amounts are typically lower than what we need which means we need to go back to their team for further approval. Can probably get this taken care of by our admins.

**What problems is Capchase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a clearer and more professional financing partner for our clients to work with and Capchase solves that problem.

Fast, great customer service. Provides flexibility and convenience for clients.

**What do you dislike about Capchase?**

The (high) additional fee to process via credit card. User experience (for the clients that we service and charge payments to) can feel cumbersome and a bit complicated at times.

**What problems is Capchase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Receiving payment for our services without having to chase payment from the clients (although we still end up chasing them to complete the Capchase links...)

**What do you like best about Capchase?**

The flexibility for my clients. You were happy to do a semi-annual payments with my client despite your policy being money coming in every 90 days. Moreover, as the capchase order messed up with the money deducted from our contract value, this was fixed quickly by customer support team with a new payment link going to the client and us getting refunded pretty soon.
The slack channel is a great thing as it eases everything.

**What do you dislike about Capchase?**

The mess-up. It was discussed that the client would cover the Capchase costs however, the payment link was sent of contract value and that ended up as Capchase deducting the fee from the contract amount.

**What problems is Capchase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of my client's do not want to pay annually. Thus Capchase provides them flexible payment terms. This helps me retain clients as we want annual payments only.

- Portal can be difficult to navigate (althought recent updates are gradually improving this) 
- Cannot download reports from all deals tab 
- Reports generated from finance tab do not download to excel in the proper format 
- Finance tab search feature is limited and does not always work
- Columns on finance and all deals tab cannot be sorted 
- Wires on bank statement do not show which customer they relate too. They just say "Capchase"

Capchase has allowed us to offer up to 12 monthly installments to our clients who cannot afford our products upfront. The product is very easy to use and the sales reps love having it as a tool.

Not much - the team has been very responsive and always there to support our reps in reviewing and approving buyers to ensure we can close deals in time.

Capchase allows us to offer monthly installments of up to 12 months for clients that don't have the cash flow to pay for our services upfront. This allows us to close more clients and make our product more sticky.

The Capchase team is highly customer-centric. They reach out to me regularly for product feedback and iterate quickly to make improvements and launch new products. We currently use Grow to access non-dilutive capital and Pay to collect 1 year of revenue upfront from multiple customers while giving them monthly billing flexibility.

**What do you dislike about Capchase?**

Some products are not relevant to our needs. In addition, like any fintech, they do a recurring credit review which takes time but they've done a good job streamlining it.

Accessing non-dilutive capital and collecting 1 year of revenue upfront while giving customers billing frequency flexibility and credit card payment optionality

Super easy to use but most importantly, it allows our clients to pay in more flexible payment terms. This allows for larger deals to be closed more easily. More important, it allows our company to get that cash up-front which is always better for business

Not much downside to be honest. Very straight forward to use. Sometimes a lead is not qualified for Capchase so we can't use it but that's understandable. Majority of the time we don't have issues with qualification

Allowing for our clients to pay in more management installments rather than everything up-front. It helps our clients manage cash better. Especially important since we sell to SMBs only and their cash flow isn't the best sometimes. This brings conversion up and deal sizes up while decresaing the sales cycle time.

I appreciate the ease in qualifying a customer within our SalesForce CRM. The ease of setting up monthly payment schedules and sending an easy link to my customers. Their team is quick to respond over Slack!

At times, the qualification can take longer or the updates are not in real time. Other times the payment schedule is not accurate. These are minor in comparision to CapChase as a whole.

When clients can not pay upfront, putting them on a monthly payment plan helps me with my book of business. The automated monthly schedule is beneficial.

Capchase Pay is super easy for our sales team and our clients to use. The UI is far better than competitor's and the customer service is top notch. Very thankful that the product is so easy to use and special shout-out to Allex Murphy who is one of the best Custer Success Managers I've ever dealt with.

Not much to say here - some very occassional bugs that are fixed immediately by Capchase.

Monthly ACH payments is a great balance between a reliable way for us to collect money for a client, and a good way for them to swallow the cost.  Customer service are responsive too.

**What do you dislike about Capchase?**

The process of collecting incorporation info and addresses from clients is a huge bottleneck, with denials because something as simple as a 'Suite' is written as 'St.' for example.  Also had instance of a client being able to view and invoice but not able to verify company details or click to make the payment.

**What problems is Capchase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to serve clients who otherwise would not use our service as they'd have to pay upfront, which isnt always an option.

**What do you like best about Capchase?**

Capchase provides our SMB customers with access to financing options that would otherwise deter their ability to purchase our software.  Capchase's integrations with Hubspot make it easy for our salespeople to qualify and create payment options without having to use a separate platform.  Finally, Capchase's customer support and account communications are extremely reactive and they have demonstrated their ability to provide flexibility to our business.

**What do you dislike about Capchase?**

Capchase's software platform is still early, so there are features not fully built out to support our business requirements -- including the integration of sales tax, addition of custom line items (ie services), and a few more.

**What problems is Capchase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With our annual upfront payment requirements, there is a cohort of SMB prospects that would otherwise not be able to afford our software.  Capchase allows those customers the opportunity to finance their annual purchase by making monthly payments.  There aren't many B2B SaaS providers like Capchase with this solution.

The salesforce integration is great, the team is very responsive, we use it every day multiple times a day, implementation was quick and easy.

I would love to have a portal to view checkpoints as to where the client is in the process, although they did provide a sample link that we can navigate through for reference being able to see where the client is would be good

Accepting payment plans under the length of contract i.e. annual contract/monthly payment schedule. This allows us to open up our product solutions to a wider range of clients.

What I best like CapChase is the ability to offer our customers monthly payment plans but recieve the income in advance.

The Compnay authentication process can sometime fail if the infomation the customer supplies doesnt match the source that CapChase uses and slows down the process.

Easy interface and makes it easy for clients to pay on extended payment terms while we get funds upfront.

**What do you dislike about Capchase?**

To start, payment links were long, but this has since been resolved. Sometimes the website bugs out a bit and this can be frustrating but the support team is very responsive

**What problems is Capchase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Letting my clients buy now and pay later. Making it much easier for them to manager their funds

Capchase has been very helpful as it has allowed us to provide a monthly payment option to customers, especially in cases where upfront payment would be a sales barrier. The capchase team is extremely responsive and provides great support.

Overall, my experience with capchase has been positive.

**What problems is Capchase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a sales rep, I was previously unable to offer monthly payments to potential customers, which was a dealbreaker for some. I now have the ability to offer monthly payments which ultimately allows me to close more deals, while the company is still able to recieve payment upfront.

How long the links were to send to clients. Had a few back out becasue they did not feel comfortable with the link looking unprofesionaly long, I think.

I give clients a flexable option to pay monthly while also getting the business all money upfront

The terms are reasonable, however, they have mostly 12 month, sometimes 18 months and sometimes 2 year terms. Would be more ineresting with somewhat longer deal terms.

The UI is simple, clean, and easy to use and the payment options are extremely flexible as well.  Couple that with the outstanding support team and it's a winner.

Sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a buyer approved but eventually you get an answer one way or another.

- At times, users have trouble inputting information and get caught on certain screens.

Quick approval, easy interface.  I can easily navigate the platform without much trouble.

Sometimes approval process takes longer than usual, this happens when a company is using DBA instead of the real business registration name.

When a business wants to move forward but they are tight on cash flow, Capchase eliminates this problem and creates a solution in the buying journey

The underwriting process took less than 48 hours. Their backend is very efficient and is able to take information from your ERP, payment platforms, and banks. Most importantly, is non-dilutive!

**What do you dislike about Capchase?**

Nothing to add here. Very good product and very efficient onboarding process.

Extend the runway and close the working capital gap, without diluting current shareholders. Also, you don't go through the traditional banking scrutiny and bureaucracy
