Capable is a CRM for B2B sales and customer success teams. It connects to email (Gmail, Microsoft 365 or IMAP), calendars and video meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex), and logs emails, meetings, call recordings and transcripts against the matching contacts, accounts and opportunities. A Chrome extension shows the CRM record and shared notes next to people on LinkedIn. From this activity, Capable proposes updates to records, such as a deal stage, amount, next step or task. Each proposal shows the source it came from. A user approves or rejects the changes before they are saved, and every change is recorded in an audit log. Teams can work in the web app, which has pipeline boards, lists, saved views, reports, forecasts, tasks, sequences, quotes and subscriptions. They can also work through Claude or ChatGPT, which connect to Capable over an MCP server with 66 tools. Admins can add custom objects, fields and pipelines, limit which records each role can see, and set whether the assistant’s changes need review. Data can be imported from Salesforce, HubSpot or Attio. Customer records are stored in the EU.
