What do you like best about Canvs?

Canva AI is easy to use and brilliant at creating clear plans on how to improve the customer experience in my business. Within minutes I can have clear plans set out for the coming quarter and has helped us make faster, clearer decisions when it comes to improve a number of aspects when it comes to the experience and service we offer. What do you dislike about Canvs?

I haven't found anything to dislike. The are some tools on sentiment that I haven't used yet which I'm sure I can over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Canvs?

I love being able to qualtify sentiment across social platforms. Also find ASA to be extremely useful in creating topline key takeaway bullets and summarizing the emotions and including supporting quotes for added context. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canvs?

The downside is the level of accuracy the tool is able to achieve in grouping comments that fall under a given emotion/sentiment. While it helps streamline the process, I still find that a lot of manual coding takes place on the back end to more accurately differentiate between positive, nuetral and negative emotions.
