Some features are not the most user-friendly, but there aren't too many pain points once the little nuances are figured out. I also wish the story assist feature gave a little more information regarding response salience so that we don't accidentally overstate the prevelance of some sentiments. Easy to use, UI is relatively intuitive, and there's a good amount of nitty-gritty things you can do with the data. What do you dislike about Canvs? AI Story Assist needs a bit of work but this is FAR from a dealbreaker. Wish there was a way to easily combine codes from the summary screen.
