Canvider is an AI applicant tracking system for teams that hire in house without a big recruiting department. It's built for IT, office, tech and creative hiring. Teams post a job, collect applications in one shared pipeline, and see every candidate ranked against the role. AI ranks. Your team decides. JobCraft drafts the job description from a short brief. AI Score reads each CV against the job and gives a banded score, rounded to the nearest 10, with strengths and gaps in plain words. CriteriaMatch checks hard requirements like work permit, language or years of experience, showing pass or fail with a confidence level. InterviewGen suggests interview questions based on the gap between the CV and the role. Decision Helper compares finalists side by side with team notes and ratings. For creative and engineering roles, Canvider pulls linked work from LinkedIn, Behance, Cara, ArtStation and GitHub onto the applicant page. Candidate emails are drafted in your brand voice and reviewed before sending. Brand voice shapes the writing only, never the scoring. Canvider doesn't reject candidates or make hiring decisions on its own. Candidates apply through a hosted careers page, a website widget or a WordPress plugin. Paid plans add LinkedIn publishing. Enterprise adds sourcing from LinkedIn and portals like ArtStation, plus Smart Talent Pool, a pool of candidates who consented to be kept on file. Pricing is self serve. Simple is free with up to 2 listings a year and 1 user. Pro is €80 a month with up to 10 listings a month and 5 users. Enterprise starts at €200 a month with unlimited listings and users.
