CANVID is an AI-powered screen recorder and video editor for Windows and Mac that helps creators and teams turn screen recordings into polished videos without a traditional editing workflow. Record your screen, webcam, microphone, and system audio, then let CANVID handle much of the editing automatically. Automatic zooms follow clicks and keep attention on the important parts of your recording, while customizable backgrounds, camera layouts, cursor effects, captions, and AI Voice Clarity help produce professional-looking videos with less manual work. CANVID also includes AI tools for fixing and reworking recordings. AI Speech Edit let you replace spoken sections without recording the entire video again, while AI Webcam can generate synchronized webcam footage using an existing webcam template. Privacy Areas can detect, track, and mask sensitive information shown on screen. Recordings can be trimmed and edited using the timeline and transcript, with controls for zooms, captions, camera presentation, audio, and other visual elements. Finished videos can be exported as MP4 or GIF in resolutions up to 4K, or shared through Quick Share, which uploads the recording to CANVID Cloud and generates a view-only link. CANVID is designed for product demos, tutorials, customer support videos, training content, internal walkthroughs, and other screen-based communication where speed and presentation quality matter.
