What do you like best about Canvas LMS?

I like how Canvas LMS provides structured training, assignments, and quizzes, which is beneficial for our non-profit organization's training programs. Making trainings available asynchronously is a great feature. I appreciate the structure and ease of adding students to training, as it streamlines the process without jumping through hoops. Additionally, the ability to act as a user for troubleshooting enhances our efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canvas LMS?

I don't like that every student requires a license, even if they drop out mid-way. This ends up becoming very expensive. I also find it frustrating that Canvas Studio, which is supposed to be great, costs a lot extra. This means if we upload/embed any YouTube videos, they come with ads and we cannot see whether or not the videos were watched in their entirety. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Canvas LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Canvas LMS provides structured training with assignments and quizzes, sends announcements, and categorizes students. It allows asynchronous training, useful for onboarding.
