CanShip is warehouse and shipping software for Canadian 3PLs and for brands that ship their own orders. It runs the whole floor in one system: receiving, inventory, picking, packing, labels and returns. We run a 3PL in Metro Vancouver. It ran on two US-built tools, one for stock and orders and another for labels, because the first did not connect to most Canadian carriers. Returns lived in an Excel spreadsheet. CanShip is what we built to replace all three, and our own client orders ship through it every day. Stock comes in by scan, on a phone, with lot numbers, expiry dates and damage photos, and is tracked by bin. When a customer checks out on Shopify, the order is in your queue seconds later with stock reserved for it, and CanShip can keep the store's stock count current so it does not sell what is not on the shelf. Pick in batches on a phone. At the packing bench, a scan that is not on the order is refused. You ship on your own carrier accounts: Canada Post, UPS, FleetOptics, UniUni, Stallion Express and the carriers in your ShipStation account. Every order is quoted across all of them, and CanShip adds no fee per label. When an order has a promised delivery date, the rate screen marks each service in time or late and picks the cheapest one that arrives in time. Buying the label marks the order fulfilled in the store and sends the tracking number. For cross-border parcels, the customs forms print from the same declaration. The exceptions are built in. Split a short order and ship what you have. Process returns in the same system, unit by unit, with a reason and photos. If you are a brand shipping your own Shopify orders from one warehouse, the Starter plan is $99 CAD a month for 500 shipments. If you are a 3PL, new or established, the Grow plan is $299 CAD a month for 3,000 shipments, with unlimited clients and warehouses. Route orders between buildings by destination or by store, or send them to a partner 3PL. The Pro plan adds a read-only login for each client, so they can check their own stock, orders and shipments without seeing your carrier rates. Reports filter by client and export to CSV. If your clients' stores connect through Extensiv Integration Manager, CanShip takes orders from it and sends tracking back, so you can move one client at a time. Every plan includes every carrier and a 14-day trial. Prices are published. Hosted in Canada.
