I love the integration it has with other platforms. **What do you dislike about Canopy?** It is missing a lot of customizable features by the users. The only thing that users have control over are the tasks however it would be nice if users could have more access to the tax organizer, what information is present for clients. Lastly, it is missing integration with other platforms that other CRM softwares have. **What problems is Canopy solving and how is that benefiting you?** The task pipelines and centralizing client information. ### 2. If IRS had not closed probably would not need **Recommendations to others considering Canopy:** If you will need to work with IRS or a State tax agency. Good software, however developments are slow for the price of the software. And good automations. App is useful. **What do you dislike about Canopy?** No way to custom design the interface. No Kanban. Pricing is too high in my opinion for the speed of development. Reduces amount of emails sent. **What do you dislike about Canopy?** The tedious setup of clients is terrible. The automation is ok, its just annoying how it needs to be set up like an excel if then statement.
