Anytime I have had an issue they have been very quick to hop on a call with me and try to find the right issue. We are working on a problem now that has been a consistent issue but they have persistent in trying to find the problem! **What do you dislike about Canix?** Some of the bugs in the software are constantly happening. We got signed out of the accounts after three months with no notice wihich cause invoices to be created in the wrong accounts without us knowing. They are small problems though nothing major that can't be fixed iwthout a notification process! **What problems is Canix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking of sales revenue and reconciling bank deposits to quick books invoices. An example: costs associated with licensed material that affect COG's. But i think that has to do more with METRC's side of things. I only wish it had more robust options like those in found in Business Central / SAGE / etc. **What do you dislike about Canix?** Canix is not a true ERP in respects to accounting / sales platform. While it tries with integrations to SAGE & Quickbooks, it does not have the ability to properly track the production of non-cannabis items. **What problems is Canix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Canix is trying to build it's platform from the ground up, however, this is hard to do when trying to compete against robust ERPs. Its API with METRC is definetly one of the best, and it has a simple user interface. I just wish it worked 95% of the time. ### 11. The user interface is pleasing and easy to navigate. All of the functions mirror those found in Metrc, so it takes very little additional effort to get comfortable using this software. The support team seems quite responsive, and it's clear the people behind the scenes of Canix understand the fundamentals of the cannabis industry. Canix's primary additional value is its robust internal financial tracking systems. You can program CoGS, BoMs, invoices & sales orders, and all of these data sets feed into detailed reports with a plethora of filters to help streamline data. **What do you dislike about Canix?** Canix has its fair share of bugs, including a semi-frequent and particularly frustrating error where Canix can't identify a tag number as being available and won't let you create a package with that number. You must log into Metrc, create the package with that number there, and then Resync Canix with Metrc (a process that can take anywhere from 1-5 minutes) to get that tag to show up in the Canix system. There are also several clunky UI elements that are a little counterintuitive and slow down what would otherwise be a streamlined process. For instance, when adding packages to a transfer manifest in Canix, the button to Add Package is at the top of the page, but the fillable tag number box appears at the bottom of the page. If you're adding more than a couple packages to a transfer, having to scroll all the way up and all the way down for each package added is frustrating. Lastly, Canix's main selling point is also its biggest drawback, in my opinion. It works as a companion software to Metrc, which means you can take advantage of Canix's tools and accessible UI to navigate your facility's Metrc data more efficiently. However, this also means that Canix is fundamentally limited to Metrc's basic functions, and nothing more. You can not use Canix to create a more granular in-house inventory management system that works for your specific needs, as you can't create or adjust anything in Canix without that change affecting Metrc as well. **What problems is Canix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Canix makes it easier and more accessible to navigate the state-mandated track-and-trace software Metrc, which is a dated and unintuitive system. This means that my day-to-day inventory entries and adjustments can happen quicker and with less fuss, allowing me to get back to other tasks without being stuck at my computer dealing with Metrc. ### 12. For some reason, the Packages aspect sometimes takes multiple attempts and a lot of time (10-15 minutes) to finally get everything refreshed. Also, it's very burdensome and redundant to have to re-enter price amounts when trying to create the transfer. In regards to the inventory views, you mentioned that you moved around columns, but we just released a new feature that might solve this completely: Custom Availability Statuses. Combining that with the ability to create a Custom View to save your report configuration could be exactly what you're looking for. You also mentioned flipping between packages and availability. From the inventory availability page, you can see just available to sell packages (or custom statuses) in 2 places: drop down the item row to see packages and select the item name to see a side panel with Total (Available to Sell) as an option. For example, if products are ordered but there isn't active inventory in the system to fulfill the orders, that could result in negative balances. Sometimes a package in Metrc will not appear on Canix even after refreshing the Metrc data. We have contacted Canix about several bugs but haven't received much feedback. I appreciate we only have to use one software as opposed to multiple when using other inventory tracking software. It is way better than any other software I've used - Biotrack, MJ freeway, Flowhub don't compare. **What do you dislike about Canix?** The only thing that bugs me is the auto refresh when trying to print a tag number. It's also annoying that I adjust a tag and then have to go finish it, but honestly not that annoying. **What problems is Canix solving and how is that benefiting you?** They created an inventory sync with LeafLink which has eliminated human error when inputting new inventory and solved our "over selling" issue for products we didn't have. ### 44. This feature works well and saves a lot of time compared to what I used in the past. I also like the harvesting feature and know from a companywide standpoint that this feature saves us 10's of hours per week. **What do you dislike about Canix?** Sync time with metrc is very slow. I often find myself nearly done with a task to findout that Canix has not synced with metrc. This causes me to duplicate my work and wait 20-40 minutes for the sync. **What problems is Canix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Canix primarily makes tasks that are convoluted in metrc a bit simpler and user friendly while saving time. We also love that canix can pull reports from metrc data. ### 47. Being able to set up Canix views to facilitate the work I need to perform speeds my day to day up and simplifies data entry. I also like the detailed views option per batch; allowing me to see a full history of each batch, add testing data, and set up customized label prints using the data therein allows less room for error in our process. **What do you dislike about Canix?** So far I haven't disliked too much in Canix; I initially was annoyed by having to continually log into Canix to get anything done when hopping licenses, but I discovered the "facility" filter as a workaround and have been able to largely avoid that annoyance - one that's understandable considering Metrc had a similar limitation....I just noticed it more in Canix. One other issue I've had with the software is when I'm clicking on a batch to view details it also selects the check box for that batch, causing me to run the risk of accidentally performing movements of products I don't intend to move. Finally, for "Rooms" or "Locations" within Canix/Metrc, when I type a location to move a batch, I cannot see the full name of the location, just the first few characters- this is only an issue with locations that have longer names. **What problems is Canix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Canix is allowing me to perform multiple transactions at once as far as packaging and moving batches, it will allow me to print labels directly from Canix instead of handmaking each label (and running the risk of errors), and is allowing me to review batch history faster than I would be able to with Metrc normally: simplifying hunting down information in the event of an incident or recall scenario ### 50.
