Great tool for managing different stages of employee success **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Sam B. | HR Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2019 **What do you like best about Cangrade?** Cangrade creates analytical models for employee success in every given role and then use these models for number of different employee management stages: assessment, interviewing, development, promotion, engagement etc. Each of these processes is informed but the prices and individualized factors that ultimately lead to more successful employees. **What do you dislike about Cangrade?** The tool is generally well done. One area that is relatively weak is integrating with other HRIS platforms. They are constantly adding more integration. In our case we needed to make it work with PCRecruiter. It took them about a week to have it done. **What problems is Cangrade solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves a number of problems: - Qualifies job applicants early in the process reducing the pipeline to those with high potential -
