CandyHire is an Applicant Tracking System designed specifically for recruiting agencies — not generic HR teams. Unlike traditional ATS platforms, CandyHire uses true multi-tenant architecture with separate databases for each client. This means your candidates, pipelines, and data are completely isolated between clients — no risk of data leaks, no shared pools, full GDPR compliance by design. Key features: Kanban pipeline with drag-and-drop candidate management AI-powered matching between candidates and job requirements Automatic CV generation with client branding LinkedIn job posting integration Interview scheduling with Google Calendar AI screening questionnaires Recruiting analytics dashboard with KPIs (time-to-fill, placement rate, source tracking) Multi-language support (Italian, English, Spanish) Built for agencies of 2-50 recruiters managing multiple clients simultaneously. Starting at EUR 2,700/year — a fraction of the cost of enterprise solutions like Bullhorn, with the same core functionality. Founded in 2024 by OneBlade srl (Rome, Italy). Free 14-day trial, no credit card required.
