Candybox CRM Solutions addressed our inefficient and error-prone manual quoting process in Salesforce. By building a streamlined, automated quoting system within our existing Salesforce subscription, they eliminated errors and significantly reduced the time needed to generate quotes. This has greatly improved our operational efficiency, reliability, and overall accuracy, benefiting us by enabling faster, more dependable business operations. Candybox helped us completely revamp our entire Opportunity process along with our own custom CPQ like solution without having to actually purchase Salesforce CPQ. The solution has been so clean and elegant while also maintaining a scalable structure that will allow us to continue to grow and improve our process without having to continually rebuild or reimplement processes. We are also a very small team and they have been an amazing resource for extra bandwidth as well as a trusted resource to collaborate with on how we want to continue to grow and ways to implement our processes while following best practices. With candybox, we are able to outsource our salesforce projects and save that time to focus on other projects. Mark proactively suggests improvements to our salesforce instance, and always replies extremely quickly when we have questions or new requests. I find their communication super clear and they often send video demos to ensure we know what changed and how. What do you like best about Candybox CRM Solutions?

The team has been there and seen it already. Its been a pleasure working with the team like Nicolas and Mark.

Nicholas has been able to provide massive value by helping the team enhancing our quote to cash process as well as consolidating and optimizing Service Cloud automation flows.

My only area of feedback is around resource utiliztion. Because we are held to a set amount of hours on a monthly basis, I don't always have visibility into how much time my team has used. There are a lot of Salesforce consultants, but what I like most about Candybox is how they take the time to understand the business - the workflows, processes, and teams - to help craft a solution that fits our needs. They are true thought partners and don't require a structured list of requirements. I gave them a high level set of objectives and they were able to translate that into tactical technical updates.
