I personally really liked that they could help you weigh the pros/cons of architecture choices. This is the right team if you want a CRM that is customized specifically to your business needs with the capacity to scale well as the business scales. Candybox helped us completely re-architect our system, including understanding our requirements, designing and documenting the re-architecture, and then standing up what is our very beautiful CRM today. Since Day 1, Candybox has been an invaluable source of knowledge and best practices. We had multiple big projects that needed a dedicated team to solve: - Brining product data into Salesforce - Setting up contracts automatically from closed won opportunities (this was a very complex project that required multiple departments from my company to figure out how we can meet all their goals) - Client Churn Automation and a number of other smaller scale projects. They were really responsive and helpful. It was a small project that the third party eventually paid for as a courtesy but I found Candybox to take a simple task and treated it seriously. So this flow would recoginze whenever a new record has been created, then it would query the account object to match the name, and create a record of the custom object.
