A quote that can't be found in the CV is thrown out. Candidize never rejects a candidate automatically, and candidates just below the bar stay on the list. Each job has its own email address. Forward applications to it, or add it in BCC from Gmail or Outlook, and every attached CV is screened and added to the job. Nobody has to download a CV and upload it again. Applications can also come through a public apply link, Recruitee or Workable sync, or a ZIP export from any ATS, so you keep the ATS you already use. Candidize reads CVs in any language, including scans and photos. Agencies can send a client a private shortlist link. The client sees the evidence for each candidate without creating an account, and can react and comment. You can also send a branded PDF report or a side-by-side comparison. Integrity signals flag the same person applying twice, near-identical CVs sent under different names, hidden text written to fool AI and impossible dates, and they never change a score. Age, date of birth, nationality, family status and photos are removed before scoring. Applicants see an AI notice on the apply page, and every stage change and email goes into a decision log you can download as a CSV. With candidate explanation letters and automatic deletion after a retention period you choose, this helps with the EU AI Act and GDPR. You can email candidates from templates in English, French and Spanish, or turn on automatic receipts and delayed rejections for a job. Ask AI answers questions about a candidate from their CV, and every candidate comes with interview questions. There's also a pipeline board, side-by-side comparison, and Big Five and scenario assessments.
