**What do you like best about Candidate Management System?**

I like the user friendly portal that Net-hire provides. They have a nice set up and the website is easy to get around in. The phone app is also very user friendly although I didn't use it very much. 

**What do you dislike about Candidate Management System?**

The talent pool seems to repeat applicants that have already applied through the system. If I mark a person as a non-candidate, somehow they are able to reapply. I am not sure if that candidate is using a different email or if it is just a glitch in the system.

**Recommendations to others considering Candidate Management System:**

This is a good system for tracking applicants. It also has a nice mobile application as well. The pricing is relatively good compared to other platforms.

**What problems is Candidate Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a good additional recruiting tool to use. We trial different systems to see if we can get good results from multiple platforms.
