We had an initial screening call to establish a fit and while he was representing the organization, he immediately had my interests/needs as an equal priority. He explained the technology Candidate Labs themselves used to find candidate-org fits and coming from a tech background, I was intrigued to learn more. From there, the interview experience progressed but before each call Liam would prep me on anywhere from personality of the interviewer, key areas to highlight in my resume/expertise, etc. Definitely the most thorough recruiting prep I have ever had and it made me feel all the more prepared for each interview. Once we got into the negotiation period, Liam offered advice and ultimately advocated for what I needed from the organization. He also made sure I had every answer from the interviewers that I needed to make a decision.
