What do you like best about Candidate Labs? They were thoughtful and meticulous in their vetting. In particular, their onboarding approach was straight forward but in-depth enough to skip a lot of the learning curve you typically see when starting out new searches. As a result, the candidates we saw were dialed in from the beginning! Unlike most firms, it didn't feel like they were guessing. The onboarding process can take a bit longer than what we were used to however it ended up paying off with the quality of candidates we got from the beginning.
