As someone who has led recruiting teams and recruiting operations this is one of the most impactful platforms I've used in years. Once set up the platform becomes really easy to use and maintain. Candidates love it - I've had multiple candidates who have reached out or mentioned specifically how the portal has helped them prepare for interviews and shows that the company cares about candidates and employees. For such a small company I've received some of the best customer support I've had in a while.
