Candidate Force is a SaaS recruitment platform built for European employers that want faster and more structured access to skilled workers from the Western Balkans. The platform gives employers direct access to pre-screened candidates from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo and Albania. Companies can searchcandidate profiles, post jobs, manage applications, communicate with candidates, schedule interviews and track the hiring process from first contact to start. Candidate Force combines self-service hiring software with optional managed recruitment support through Balkan Recruiters, helping employers reduce sourcing time and create a clearer workflow for cross-border recruitment.
