Canary7 is a cloud-native warehouse management system built for operations that generic WMS tools struggle with, including complex multi-client 3PLs, fulfilment houses and ERP-led businesses running high volumes across multiple sites. For 3PLs, Canary7 manages multiple stock owners, contracts and SLAs from one platform across multiple companies and warehouses. Each client can have its own rules for stock handling, labelling, order processing and reporting, with strict stock separation. Rule-based automated billing captures every warehouse and shipping activity, supports per-order, per-SKU, storage, labour or custom charges, and produces detailed invoices automatically. White-label client portals give each client real-time access to orders, inventory, receipts and shipments. Canary7 connects natively to ERPs such as SAP Business One, NetSuite and Acumatica, with no middleware or custom development. Orders, stock levels, pick status and dispatch updates sync in both directions in real time, and warehouse data is visible inside the ERP. Pre-built ERP integrations typically go live in weeks rather than months, and API and EDI support covers more bespoke setups. More than 200 out-of-the-box integrations connect Canary7 to Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Magento, BigCommerce and WooCommerce, as well as carriers including DHL and FedEx. On the warehouse floor, teams get guided workflows for receiving, putaway, picking (wave, zone and batch), packing and dispatch, along with barcode scanning, returns processing, labour management, warehouse automation control and BI dashboards that work on any device.
