The capability to use PGP protocol for e-mail encryption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The heavy handed use of perpetual keys, automatically created. It causes confusion for users that they have an automatically created perpetual key, and an additional PGP keypair that they manually import. Also, the automatically created perpetual key does not have an expiration date. In addition, the roll out of the license purchase for the iPhone is confusing for most users. As an admin, I can not bulk purchase licenses. And most annoying is that there is not a version for Windows, so if your company uses mac and Windows, you have to use two different clients across your employee base, globally.
