I wish there was an option for flags or multiple colours of stars, as only starring is limiting. Even if it couldn't sync to other mailboxes, I only use canary on my platforms (iOS and Mac) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Awesome app especially with the latest changes. AI could be hopefully a bit smarter in the future especially also in the German language a more professional signature feature would be awesome. Also additional features that you get an email when it has been read or forwarded to someone else would be nice overall it's the best app on the Apple store for emails and I used like 10 before. Canary Mail does a great job at consolidating inboxes, and giving the user more customization than other apps, e.g., swipe gesture customizations. The simple interface, mimicking the default iOS Mail app interface, is easy for a user to pick up and use. When it worked for me, the read receipt functionality was nice. Recent updates followed by poor support follow up have caused me to switch to other familiar email app names. Specifically, the email headers were reworked and the tap action to find out which email account the email was sent /to/ stopped functioning. Support gave me canned messages about where to find the new functionality and to thank me for my feedback. Not impressive. The AI feature is writing responses is pretty weird and not that useful. You write a prompt and it repeats what you say, want to lengthen it?...it doesn't grasp the concept of the email.

I use this with multiple Gmail accounts, one being a workspace account and the other being personal. It has mede managing them very easy from multiple Apple platforms as everything is synced via Canary. It has a very clean interface that allows for easy management of the incoming emails. Canary Mail has excellent features and design, and especially UI is straightforward to use, which is fantastic. Canary Mail also provides encryption and end-to-end security for mail. Canary Mail also has the best feature of AI email sending in which the user only has to write a few keywords, and the rest of the Canary Mail will take care of its own. There are not as of any major cons or deslike for canary mail, but if asked one can be that in canary mail they can add it for Windows and Linux users too so they can also take advantage of quick replies and many more other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
