What I like about Camunda is the modern architecture, highly scalable, and the ability to design using graphical tools, teach and test the workflows. The ability to monitor them during their process helps me understand where there are bottlenecks and constraints in execution. I like the ease with which I can adapt the workflows to the business thanks to a large number of available plugins and the ability to call typical business procedures. We moved from version 7 to 8, and this change was not easy because version 8 is very different and had an architecture change. Initially, we had problems understanding and setting up the solution. Version 8 was still in the alpha stage, not entirely stable, and there were several intermediate releases that caused us initial problems. The training aspect could also be improved for those who develop and monitor workflows, such as best practices, typical use cases, and packaged solutions.
