The ease of booking is nice, online guest portal is nice. The ongoing updates and feedback concerns from the company are helpful **What do you dislike about Campspot?** There are some basic features that are not available through CS that one would think would be. Improving one on one guest contact one be amazing. **What problems is Campspot solving and how is that benefiting you?** This platform allows lodgins and point of sale to be in one system. This combination is extremely helpful. The ability to allow a guest to "charge" to their account during their stay is beneficial. ### 2.
