"Easy-to-Use Interface, Helpful Transition Team, fit for a start-up and growing teams"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Campfire?

The Campfire's interface is easy to navigate and to understand even for newbies to the system. They offer a lot of good features especially the use of AI to automate simple tasks that can make our day-to-day to asks easier. During the implementation stage, the team has been really helpful and assistive to our concerns. Our tools integrated easily with Campfire as they have built-in integrations available. Overall, the system is performing well and we experience little to no downtime at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Campfire?

So far, the only downside we’ve encountered is the lack of integration with Tabs, our AR and Revenue Recognition tool. It would be much better if this integration were available sooner, so we can automate the recording of our invoices, payments, and revenue entries as they sync automatically with Campfire. "Campfire’s Community and AI Integrations Transformed Our Lean Finance Team"
5/5
What do you like best about Campfire?

The community and network effects I've personally experienced from our onboarding experience have been a game changer for creating a functional finance function (and making me look good at my job). I initially reached out to Campfire for the SaaS Stripe Revenue recognition problem I was trying to solve. Wanted to move away from spreadsheet reconciliation via QBO to a live integrations with an AI native platform that could help a extremely lean finance team operate at a high-level in startup-land.

From the get-go Campfire has been a game changer for me.

Special shout out to ALY MA - who has been a phenomenal implementation manager and made the process as smooth as it could have been with our own internal clean up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Campfire?

The downsides are the upsides. The integrations that don't cleanly work now are things I know Campfire is working to fix. I cant say that's the experience I would have if I were a small contract at another ERP. The people are phenomenal and in startup-land not everything works, but I fully appreciate that Campfire is working to fix the large pain points I'm experiencing. "Fast, Easy-to-Use Accounting with Unbeatable Pricing and Time-Saving Ember AI"
5/5
What do you like best about Campfire?

The ease of use - it is everything you want Quickbooks Online to be and is as simple as you wish Netsuite was to use.

Even though it is a young company, they are continuing to add integrations that make the workflow far more efficient.

Their pricing structure is unbeatable compared to legacy systems and the implementation is quick.

The Ember AI function makes review, research, and analysis much easier.

Our company has several entities and it has not slowed down the software at all - it is quick! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Campfire?

There are always issues with software - there are certainly some things I wish it would do but as they continue to refine and update the software many of those issues are resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Multi-Entity Consolidation with Helpful Implementation and Great Pricing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Campfire?

Consolidating multi-entity organizations has been straightforward. The platform is easy to use, the ramp connection works well, and the customer success and implementation team has been extremely helpful throughout.

Pricing is much better than NetSuite. The UI is good overall, but there are still a few areas that could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Campfire?

I think Integrations list can be expanded, especially for a company like ours that has a huge EU/UK presenence.

Also more support on VAT and multi book (not relevant to US only companies) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI That Actually Helps the Accounting Team"
5/5
What do you like best about Campfire?

What I like best about Campfire is Ember and the ability to use AI agents to complete routine accounting tasks. It saves time by handling repetitive work, allowing me to focus on reviewing results and investigating exceptions instead of spending hours on manual processes.

I also appreciate that Campfire has native integrations with many of the systems we already use, so we don't have to rely on multiple third-party connectors. Having our accounting and operational data flow into one platform has made our close process more efficient and reduced manual data imports and reconciliations.

Beyond the product itself, the Campfire team has been outstanding. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in customer feedback. Questions are answered quickly, feature requests are taken seriously, and you can tell they're continuously improving the platform based on real customer needs. That level of support has made implementing and using the system much smoother than I've experienced with other ERP providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Campfire?

The reporting functionality is an area where I'd like to see continued improvement. The standard reports cover most day-to-day needs, but building highly customized reports can be challenging without assistance from the Campfire team. It would be helpful to have more flexibility to create and modify reports independently, especially for companies with unique reporting requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Support and Seamless Automation with Campfire"
5/5
What do you like best about Campfire?

The best part of Campfire is the support. Every person who works there, from the implementation team to the customer success team to the CEO, they are always responding to slack, emails, questions, and issues with the fastest turnaround time. I also appreciate the automation and AI functionality with Ember. The migration from Sage Intacct to Campfire was seamless, even with 80+ entities and some with 20 years of history. The Campfire team was amazing in making it happen. The initial setup of Campfire was really easy, and we decided not to do any training because the system was that easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Campfire?

While I appreciate that Campfire handles multi-entity without issue, I wish there was automation for intercompany transactions within a journal entry. I am sure that Campfire will come out with something for this in the future. They roll out releases frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Campfire’s Foreign Currency Features Are a Lifesaver"
5/5
What do you like best about Campfire?

Campfire has been excellent in advancing features and listening to our feedback. Their handling and automation of transactions denominated in foreign currency has been a lifesaver for our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Campfire?

The only dislike I can say about Campfire is the nitty gritty, company specific things that we would like in the system. Those kinds of requests are obviously a lower priority which is completely understandable given the improvements they are focusing on that benefit larger portions of their client base. "Made us faster and more efficient with our time"
5/5
What do you like best about Campfire?

How easy it made certain things, like prepaids (even those paid for by credit card which even NS can't handle) and writing off uncollectible invoices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Campfire?

I don't dislike it but I think some of the wording differs from most other softwares (ex, product - item, class - tag) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Campfire Transformed Our Multi-Entity Accounting Workflow with Fast AI Automation"
4/5
What do you like best about Campfire?

Campfire changed how our accounting team operates. Multi-entity, multi-currency accounting helped us finally get consolidated reports. Ember AI feels like having an extra teammate available around the clock I can ask it anything and get real answers in seconds - and give access to other internal stakeholders. The close management tools have cut our month-end close time significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Campfire?

The onboarding process has a bit of a learning curve given how feature-rich the platform is, but the dedicated support team of in-house accountants makes a big difference. It would be great to see even more pre-built report templates out of the box, though the customization options are already quite flexible. Overall these are minor points in an otherwise excellent product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined ERP Solution with Excellent Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Campfire?

I like that Campfire has a really good AI product, Ember, which provides insights from all our historical data and can create graphs and charts easily. The software offers several modules like rev rec, consolidation, and amortization tools, which are great value compared to the higher costs of larger ERPs. Additionally, I appreciate that Campfire integrates directly with Salesforce, allowing us to manage our revenue schedules easily. The ability to manage consolidation and other amortizations within the ERP rather than manually in Excel is beneficial. Overall, the migration to Campfire was relatively hands-off and completed efficiently in just three months, with two months of implementation and one month of parallel work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Campfire?

Some improvements in custom reporting; however, this is mitigated by utilizing the MCP server and connecting through Claude. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
