Having all records, waivers, etc digitally has been fantastic! No more lugging large binders, risking losing personal information. There are still families that are not tech savy or trust having their information entered into a site, no matter how secure we say it is, so sometimes we need to have a mini computer class to help those individuals, but for the most part families like it far better than paper as well! I love how you can go back and look at statistics from health and behavior logs. It's great to know what area of camp sees the most risk and assess how to better ourselves for next year. The customer service is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly, efficient. We have weekly imports from our Fusion registration system into CampDoc, along with hard sychs to ensure accuracy in our CampDoc system. The navigation and creation of profiles is intuitive, simple and we need the customization of the health profiles and questions. We rely on the trusted contacts features for signout, this is an added layer/essential sfety measure for our campers. The health notes from parents, notes from camp staff and uploads of immunizations and medication information enable comunciation across multiple programs and facilities. We're in the early days of our CampDoc use, but we're so excited about the tool. Our implementation team has been proactive, engaged, and quick to take action. Every question we've asked has been given careful consideration, and CampDoc is already helping us refine our approach to medical forms for our event. I like that CampDoc is user friendly and easy to navigate. Also, before CampDoc, we were using so much paper and the filing and copy process was absolutely ridiculous. It work take my directors at least a week to sort through the paperwork, make copies, and file it away. Now, with CampDoc it limits the stress, the amount of paper being waste, and gives my directors more free time to prepare for summer camp.
