Training is the only thing I wish was more streamlined. There is so much information to know and its so hard to know what articles to read. It seems it might be more efficient for a team to work with a couple of superusers within each organization to really help with training based on learning styles. Having specific groups / registrations can make the beginning of the off-season tough to make sure everything is how we want it to be. The customer support team members are far and away the most beneficial part of the CampDoc service. They are helpful and personable, providing fast turnarounds to assist in solving any confusion or technical issues, directing us to additional resources and otherwise supporting our staff who use the software. The software itself is powerful and has a notable learning curve, but upon getting past that curve users are treated to an organized, convenient, and robust system for tracking registration and other camp-adjacent information. The software can struggle to be user-friendly, especially if there are many individuals in administrative roles or otherwise taking responsibility for registration management. There are also a lot of features that are organization doesn't end up using, which can be cumbersome to avoid. To be fair, we aren't strictly a summer camp, so this may be an isolated issue.
