"Flexible All-in-One Tool with Incredible Support"

What do you like best about Campaigner?

What do you dislike about Campaigner?

Sometimes there's a bug in the system and things wouldn't work that I'd end up reaching out to support for. For example, hosting GIFs has to be done on IMGUR to get the size/quality ratio right, but this took a bit of trial and error before I figured this out with support. The great thing is that support is extremely responsive, and if you're lucky enough to get Jenirose, you'll be fine - she's amazingly helpful and patient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Campaigner:

Campaigner was a great all-in-one tool for the price, but I ended up struggling and talking to support too often. In the end, I migrated to a different system for a better price with more features and functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Campaigner solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Campaigner I didn't have to use multiple systems for different aspects of a campaign, which means I don't have to take time trying to integrate all of them together. That said the workflow and automation options were limited.

Campaigner has lots of visual styling options, but they also allow HTML import and export so we can build custom designs and still use all the platform functionality with them.

I love that aspect of user control and privacy are built-in, so I don't have to go out of my way to set-up aspect that make communications GDPR compliant. However double opt-in is forced with every single form creation, even if an opt-in isn't required (ie. a simple, one-time pdf download). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Campaigner?

Decent product but the UX could do with being updated apart from the email builder which I love. Live chat support is good and can typically resolve queries without escalation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Campaigner?

Deliverability is not the best and the support team has locked our account without notice despite us following their warmup plan - it was unlocked 24 hours later in fairness but still a pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Campaigner?

I love it because I can schedule the sending of emails to my subscribers, since there are more than 500! and in the easiest way I have seen, believe me I have tried many options Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Campaigner?

We started our email marketing program with Campaigner and have learned a lot from the service. We have moved to a different service as our main ESP but use Campaigner to meet some specific needs we have in our program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Campaigner?

The template building process isn't easy, and the service tiers aren't user-friendly for our company. If there were a system to learn how to build the templates when we joined, it would have made our learning curve quicker and easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ideal for simple email marketing but lacks advanced reporting features"

What do you like best about Campaigner?

I like Campaigner's workflow feature the most allows you to send a series of emails over a long period with ease. Furthermore, I can also easily download a contact list in Excel for quick filtering before re-uploading it into this tool which is another beneficial feature. What do you dislike about Campaigner?

I find it quite tricky and inconsistent while designing marketing email templates which results in different design output and does not fulfill my thematic concept. Furthermore, the email templates interface differs depending on the email provider that recipients use, which is an inconsistency that I don't like. Additionally, bullet marks, unexpected font sizes, and several other layout-related issues show up in some emails but are not reproducible in the application. What problems is Campaigner solving and how is that benefiting you?

The overall experience with Campaigner has been average. On the one hand, it has been conducive for pushing regular newsletters to the large volume of our subscribers and followers. "Excellent Service"

What do you like best about Campaigner?

I am a very low tech person so I very much appreciate being able to call Campaigner customer service whenever I get stuck. They never fail to be patient, kind and helpful. They never treat me like the tech challenged person that I am. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Campaigner?

I very much wish Campaigner would make it easier to add pictures to the emails. It takes me forever to figure out how to put a picture in my emails. I know I'll eventually figure it out so I don't call customer service but if they made it easier I sure would appreciate it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
