I find the price to be fair and the support is very helpful when I have some challenges. I like that i can always talk to a live person and not an animated system. I find the AI to be helpful when I am in a rut of creating captions. Overall the performance is good. Sometimes there are a few issues with the day to day loadings, or a lagging UI but overall they are small in comparison. Sometimes I find the program to not load as quickly as I feel it should. Sometimes the program will also not let me schedule a campaign because I haven't filled out the subject title when I have. The platform is clumsy. If you’re used to seamless integrations and easy to navigate email platforms - this isn’t for you. The team is great, but overall they’ll see you as a number. If you cancel, beware they’ll hit you for another billing cycle unless you give them 30 days notice.
