What do you like best?

Campaign Stars provided a turn-key campaign and project managed from start to finish with multiple partners. They provided timelines, content, weekly analytics, shared best practices and most importantly provided the training needed to the account executives who were tasked with follow up. What do you dislike?

We don't have the resources in house to manage all the steps needed to make an ABM campaign successful. Campaign Stars was able to help us kick off multiple campaigns at once. Campaign Stars helped us implement an overall International based ABM program. We were focused not just on the marketing aspect of ABM but we wanted to extend to true account engagement! We had a high level strategy in mind but were looking for a partner that could bring the various tenants together across all aspects - Ads, Direct Mail, Content Syndication, Sales Campaigns and Marketing Campaigns. We also wanted to get a deep understanding of how to use conversational marketing and Campaign Stars introduced us to an additional element - Survey Based Lead Generation, which took our overall account engagement through the roof plus providing substantial inputs for 'hot off the press' digital assets such as e-books and inside sector / company pain points and areas of improvements our Reps could engage on fast!

With Campaign Stars we got a single partner that could address all of the various elements and overall they created a single personalised experience for each and every one of our targeted enterprise accounts. What do you like best?

Campaign Stars seriously turn-keys ABM. Lots of vendors offer a piece of the ABM puzzle, but Campaign Stars is a one-stop shop. They helped us with our data targeting, creating engaging content, marketing automation and activation, strategy, analytics – you name it, they made it a part of our ABM program and overall Customer Engagement. Some of the highlights include:

* Campaign Matrix - deep level orchestration of all stakeholders and mapping this to a clear executable plan.

* Digital and physical surround - encompassing Email, Sales Outreach, Ads, Chatbots and Direct Mail.

Recommendations to others considering the provider:

We had tried to launch an effective ABM program previously. We realised that the longer it took, the harder it would take to launch territory changes, sales cycles progress, etc. We just got caught up in our internal culture and way of doing things. What Campaign Stars did was bring that non-emotional input into analysing where we were at and helping us to figure out how to get buy-in from the sales team, partner team, the marketing team and even our exec team. Suddenly we were not pointing fingers but working together to figure it out and we needed the external catalyst from Campaign Stars to complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

In the first instance we were not seeing great response rates with our own outbound marketing strategy. We found with Campaign Stars inputs, that we were using somewhat dated approaches and did not fully appreciate the degree to which B2B buying behaviours have changed. Campaign Stars had surveyed over 2000 B2B buyers at the end of 2019 and had some tremendous insights we did not know about and implemented.

As part of this new strategy we were able to implement a more successful B2C level of experience, for these B2B buyers and influencers. The difference was dramatic. We were seeing 50% more consumption on our website of key assets and across the initial pilot phase we were able to engage with 83% targeted accounts, which in turn led to 45% qualified meetings.

The other key area Campaign Stars helped us solve was to crystallise our thinking and create strategies across all three key areas of our sales strategy - Acquiring net new logos, Accelerating the opportunities in the pipeline and staying front of mind with our long sales cycles and finally Expanding existing accounts with additional projects and services. We made significant headway across all three of these areas.

Finally, we achieved a single unified sales and marketing approach with Campaign Stars. This is the first time we have done this and this is one of the single most important aspects of the overall engagement.
